These trading rules govern all trading activities on BitTest Platform. All users must comply with these rules to maintain fair and orderly markets.

By using our trading platform, you agree to abide by these rules and acknowledge that violations may result in account suspension or termination.

2Order Types and Execution

Our platform supports various order types to meet different trading strategies and risk management needs.

Market Orders

  • • Execute immediately at current market price
  • • No price guarantee, subject to slippage
  • • Best for immediate execution needs
  • • May not be available during high volatility

Limit Orders

  • • Execute only at specified price or better
  • • Price protection against adverse moves
  • • May not execute if price not reached
  • • Good for specific entry/exit points

Stop Orders

  • • Triggered when price reaches stop level
  • • Convert to market order when triggered
  • • Risk management tool
  • • May not prevent all losses

Stop-Limit Orders

  • • Combines stop and limit order features
  • • Triggers at stop price, executes at limit
  • • Price protection with execution control

3Trading Hours and Sessions

Our exchange operates 24/7 for most cryptocurrency pairs, with specific maintenance windows and trading halts as needed.

Regular Trading Hours

  • Cryptocurrency Pairs: 24/7 continuous trading
  • Fiat Pairs: 24/7 with occasional maintenance
  • New Listings: May have restricted hours initially

Maintenance Windows

  • Scheduled: Sundays 2:00-4:00 AM UTC
  • Emergency: As needed with 30-min notice
  • Updates: Advanced notice provided

4Price Limits and Circuit Breakers

To protect market integrity and prevent excessive volatility, we implement price limits and circuit breakers.

Price Protection Mechanisms

  • Daily Price Limits: ±20% from previous close
  • Circuit Breakers: 5-minute halt at ±10% move
  • Order Size Limits: Max 10% of daily volume
  • Volatility Pauses: Automatic during extreme moves
  • Kill Switch: Emergency halt capability
  • Dynamic Limits: Adjusted based on volatility

5Margin Requirements

Margin trading allows you to trade with borrowed funds, but requires maintaining minimum equity levels.

6Position Limits

  • Leverage Cap: 10x maximum

Market-Based Limits

  • Daily Volume: Max 10% of total volume
  • Order Size: Max 5% of daily volume
  • Concentration: Max 25% in single asset

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
